Rockies

Rockies are probably not originally Ghanaian, but they've been part of traditional pastries sold as street snacks for such a long time, we can safely add it to our traditional Ghanaian snacks. Rockies are so easy to make and the kids love them.I remember as a child, there was this Fante lady who made the best rockies in my neighbourhood. Aaah, the smell that filled the air round her house as you walked past was more than enough to send you knocking on her door for one. Rockies are just so easy to make and the ingredients are simple and easy to come by. Give it a try and let's have your feedback.
